The family meditation is proven to be quite useful to strengthen the bonding between the family members. It becomes way easier to resolve a problem within the family when you evaluate that in the meditative level and try to feel them and their problems. Therefore, the regular practice of this meditation can surely overwhelm your family life with pleasure, bliss and satisfaction.

The Enlightened Family Program provides insightful guidance on various aspects of family life. It is held on 2nd Saturday of every month at Tarneit Community Learning Centre, 150 Sunset Views Boulevard, Tarneit VIC 3029
